I have been developing new offers recently beyond my original classroom resources and current business day-to-day work, that sent my mind down a rabbit hole of thoughts and feelings.

I resonated deeply with how my coach explained it to me, that this uncomfortable stage can be lonely and feel like the death of an identity and to grieve through it while becoming the new identity.
