Welcome to Lessons in Freedom, I recorded this just before my immersion trip to Sydney - and also share what happened when I took a full week off Instagram and came back to a money post that left me rattled, protective and fired up. 

I share with you how my business still brought in just under $20k awhile I was offline, which reminded me that the systems I've built behind the scenes can keep things running even when I'm not consistently online. 

I want to be honest with you and unpack the shame and "trade-off" narrative that suggests you can't have financial success and solid family life, health or peace, and why that hasn't been my lived experience even though I’ve had seasons where building my business did feel heavy. 

I share what ethical money means to me which is transparency, seasons of effort and return, and building a business that leaves space for life. 

I want to encourage you to define success on your own terms, whether that’s $1K months, $10–20K months, six figures, or beyond.
