Already overwhelmed by running two businesses largely alone while managing school drop-offs, an intense family load, and discovering my own neurodiversity, I was burning out and experiencing serious mental and physical symptoms.

The crisis revealed my business only worked when I did, with no systems, automations, or delegation, turning success into a "different kind of cage."
