You Already Have What You Need: Do Less Better in Your Education Business

Most educators think the answer to feeling stuck is adding more…more platforms, more offers, more followers. But after a week of one-to-one calls with five women running very different education businesses, I noticed something: they didn't need to do more.

They needed to optimise what was already working.

In this episode, I'm sharing the recurring lessons from those calls and the "minimal effective dose" approach that's changing how my clients grow:

  1. Why adding new platforms or offers often distracts from the one key asset that actually needs fixing,
  2. Why more followers won't solve your sales problem (and what will), and
  3. How to find the visibility channel that's actually right for you, instead of defaulting to Instagram.

IN THIS EPISODE YOU WILL LEARN

→ The "minimal effective dose" mindset and why doing less, better, beats doing more
→ Why chasing new platforms or offers can quietly sabotage the assets you already have
→ How to leverage your warm audience and past clients instead of chasing brand-new followers
→ Why Instagram isn't the only (or even the best) visibility channel for every education business
→ Why making decisions, especially on pricing, beats over-researching, and how action creates the feedback you need
