Five Business Mistakes I Made (and What I'd Do Instead) as an Education Entrepreneur

Most educators building a business learn the hard lessons slowly, through perfectionism that stalls momentum, platforms that drain energy, and tasks that never get off their plate because letting go feels too risky.
